Draftmen needed for ensuite plans for council approval
Job description
Hi, Need to get plans done to transform a storage room of our house into an ensuite. We have been told we need structural plans, plumbing plans, floor layout plans then a plan of the ensuite where the shower, toilet and sinks will go. The room itself is rather small - around 2.3 x 2.4m. The last owners looked to have started the work but we found out they did not get approval so we will need to get electricians to sign off the light and extractor fan that is installed. Nothing else has been done.

Very easy to communicate with. Completed ensuite drawings to our budget which was great news. Completed to timescale and lodged with the council. We thought the planning permit process was so difficult to navigate through but he made it seem easy. Would definitely recommend Cam. Now to start the work!
