Garage, Terrace/Deck and Driveway Plans - Up spec'd & Amended

Hi there, We moved into our "garage-less" home just over a year ago and inherited building plans with the purchase. In need of storage and wanting to get things completed before Winter sets in, we're after help to up spec and amend the plans. The fun part: the plans were approved by the then North Shore City Council in 2004 and are no doubt in need of being brought up to code. Along with this we're keen to make a couple of changes, the main two being building with concrete block to match the required retaining and increasing the size of the driveway/turning bay therefore allowing for more parking.
