Draftsman needed for Villa renovation
Job description
My partner and I have recently bought a 1912 villa in Birkenhead (Non heritage zone) and are looking to get some plans drawn up to make the follow changes. - Turn an exsiting bedroom into a new family bathroom and Ensuite / WIW. - Turn old bathroom into dining room and put large Bifold doors and new Window in the area to open up the back of the house and let light in. -Open up hallw ay and include a laundry. we need to get plans drawn up and council approvals.
