New internal stairwell to ground floor storage space in current hallway. • Move hot water cylinder 2m • Door at the bottom of new stairwell • Ground floor storage space to become rumpus • New door into existing ground floor bedroom to connect new rumpus • Remove ground floor post to create space for window seat by existing window (in new rumpus room) Wanting concept plans so we can ascertain total cost of project before submitting to council/construction drawings.
