Plans and lodging building consent of renovation of 1970s original house

We are looking for a draftsman to complete working drawings and manage building consent for our proposed renovations of our property. Proposed works will ideally include moving existing walls, addition of self contained flat in downstairs, additional bathroom, additional bedroom, moving laundry etc.. all works within the existing buildings footprint and consent has been given by other owners on the cross lease. Looking for work to be completed ASAP. We have had architectural concept drawings completed and have CAD files so that will help with the work load although changes will need to be made as proposed Reno’s differ to original proposal.
