Parking deck
Job description
Plans required for parking deck. 10.5m x 6.5 m the height would be approximately 3m at the front. We have already received a geotechnical report and survey done of the area. We have an engineer organised to provide structural requirements. The property is large enough that we do not need resource consent but of course building consent needed. We plan to build this in the coming summer.

Architeck conducted the work in a very prompt time and always provided an update as to how far along the project was and the relevant steps needed to complete. The help and support we received from Architeck going through Auckland Council Consent process has given us the confidence to forward their contact details on to our daughter whom is also looking at renovations.
