We had an architect produce some plans to obtain an Auckland Council Building permit for a retaining wall, fencing, patio etc.(all outside work) He also produced some house plans to scale. He went overseas for a holiday and when he returned we found he was too busy to draw up the renovation plans for the inside of the house. (1960's oblong house) Includes converting the inside double garage to living accommodation and add anew parking bay (carport?)possibly changing bathrooms and kitchen, adding a couple of decks & balconies. and a new laundry. I have rough plans drawn up (superimposed on Architect's plans of the house..
