Draughtsman to draw plans for building permit

I am converting my basement to a 2 bedroom flat. I have done all the design work to scale but I need a draughtsman to draw the plans for council building permit. I do not need resource consent, I do not need design advice, and I do not need someone submit the plans for the permit. I only need a draughtsman/person to do the builder's plans. I am currently overseas and due back June 14 so can discuss the job by email or phone.
