Drafting for a new En Suite Bathroom
Job description
We have a store room in between our car port and master bedroom. We would like to convert this room from a store room that is accessed via the car port, into an en suite bathroom accessed via the master bedroom. We have had various builders come for a site visit and all agree it's a simple straight forward job. We're looking for a drafter to put together the plans required for council consent. We would like to have the work completed by end of September at the latest as we have a baby on the way! So keen to get started asap.

Shane and his team listened closely to what we wanted for our new en suite bathroom and refit of existing bathroom. Shane was flexible with the plans and was able to make alterations as the planning process progressed. The plans were given consent by council very quickly and we've been enjoying our new bathroom now for a few months. We'd definitely ask Shane to help us again for any future planning work.
