I need a Draughtsmen with residential renovation experience to apply for building consent in Auckland council - North Shore. I want to add shower and a toilet to a large bedroom / bed-sitter.

We would highly recommend Shane as a draftsmen. Shane's communication was excellent and he was very quick to respond all the way. His work passed through the council very quickly and easily and we would definitely use his services again if required.
