New 2 bedroom flat, attached to house

We require an Architect to design a two bedroom fully self contained flat which will be built under our house and on the carport and vegetable garden. The area under the house is currently a large workshop and is next to the carport. We also need to raise part of the garden, level out and concrete so we add a two car garage. The house is wooden and 50 years old, on a slope.
