"Settlers Cottage Extension plans"

We need plans to submit to council for a small extension and renovation to an old settlers cottage. We dont need this project managed, and we have a good idea of what we want to do, but any other good ideas would be well received. We think we have a builder who can start on this in winter. We want the outside to be in keeping with the original cottage, and the inside to be modern. At present it is only 60m2 .
