Job description

Draughting Services
New Plymouth

Plans for bathroom build between existing stucco house and if possible hard up against existing old block garage. Plus 700cm pass the end of the stucco house. (in picture where white gate is.. build out 700 frm that end of house)There is existing plumbing drain where wanting to build over the top. (The concrete surrounding that drain can be grounded lower to fit under joists ) There's a fibre box needing to be moved around the corner. There is a window in the stucco house that is to be cut into a door. It will become the entrance door to the bathroom. Walking through the entrance door will be a short passage way built, splitting the bathroom into two rooms.. with a sliding door on one side to the toliet plus handbasin. Opposite side will be a swing door to bathroom containing a bath with shower over the top, plus a vanity. A window in each room. Plus a line of short windows the full length of the whole build up near the ceiling to allow light in. Also an extra door in the toliet room heading outside, for quick access to toilet and hand basin if outside. Once that is done, then inside the stucco house, the wall between the kitchen and 'this minute existing' bathroom is to be removed, making the kitchen wider, and removing the existing bath and toilet. This is the room that the window is in that is to be cut into the entrance door to the new bathroom. A beam will have to go up where the wall is removed possibly. I am wanting vertical wood tongue and grove or maybe panel lookalike lining in toilet and bathroom, though the area of wall touch the shower to be some type of water resistant material. Roughly 5000 long (as not wanting to go full length.. wanting to build just pass that breather pipe sticking up) and in-between the house and garage is roughly 2200 wide. Wanting the full width of the window for the entrance door frame.. making the passage 1100 wide. Wanting wooden windows that I will get from demo yard.. not the frames though.
