Pergola in retail business

We’re in a heritage building and we have an outside terrace. We’d like plans drawn up to propose an covered pergola in Nelson CBD. The terrace area is approximately 84m2 (24 x 3.5). We don’t propose covering the entire area, but bigger the better. We’re looking for HEIGHT. We’d really like 3.4 meter roof, to match the inside of the business. We’d be happy to consider pre-built bought-in frames, custom wood/aluminium or any other idea. Budget is a big factor though. Ideally this structure will also support “cafe screens” - the removable/zipper/roll-up screens that offer some weather protection. We’d like to make it warmed and drier space, however it does not have to be watertight. The idea is to have a space we can use all year round
