Loadbearing wall alteration - is it possible?

Hello, looking for a draftsperson to have a look at some loadbearing walls I want to remove. If after a first look it seems possible to alter the layout I'd like you to draw a plan for me. Anyone who has good ideas on how to change the room layout welcome. I haven't used any draftspeople before, so not sure what is part of your job description. I want to change the kitchen and create space for indoor/outdoor flow. I would like to know first how much it costs to have a first consultation, as we are on a budget. Hopefully this consultation would establish if it is possible to remove the walls and then we can go ahead and draw up some plans. Thank you!
