I am looking for cheap house plans, and builder to erect shell and make watertight , simple design, the property I bought is a lifestyle block, it already has piles down, checked with council, piles are legal and permitted on the site, they measure 9m 300mm by 4m 705mm, thinking 2 story, bedrooms x 2 upstairs, no plumbing upstairs, just bedrooms, gable roof, a comfortable angle in which to work on roof without need for safety ropes etc, but also open to possibility of an A frame type roof for upstairs with window east and west ends only, with 2 skylights for light, downstairs kitchen lounge open plan, toilet shower laundry, I want wooden beams in ceiling and to see wood beams in downstairs, windows will be second hand, am buying now, have 3 good sized window will buy more, very soon, single glazed, will double glaze later, could even look at pole house?? just want at this stage, frame up and water tight, I will be making the kitchen joinery and doors, the 9 meter side is north facing with views down the valley
