Stairs and new frontage for Surf Lifesaving

We are starting a small cafe at Pacific Surf Lifesaving on Marine Parade, we need drawings done so we can apply for a building permit - steel stairs with a wooden deck to match the existing deck, and we need a non load bearing wall to be redesigned to become a servery window. Everything needs to be done to code obviously. Should be pretty straight forward, we know what we are after.
