Quote for house plans and paperwork up to council permit. 3bed+grannyflat all under one rectangle roof - - see 2D mock up attached •15.6 x 9.6m rectangle building. 3 bed house and 1 bed grannyflat. •Low stud •Monopitched roof •Colour steel roof •External cladding a mix of cedar feature and something cost effective yet to be decided/advised •Interior cladding pale, scandi style, wooden (like a modern lockwood) •main Bathroom: tiles, Kitchens and ensuite: vinyl - carpet throughout •Ceilings normal (not timber) •Concrete floor at this stage, but TBC as GWRC need to advise me on flood plain stuff. (the section is not on Masterton Councils flood plain, but is on GWRC) - Need plans by Mid March.
