Draftperson for internal garage conversion

I am looking for a draftperson to draw some plans for council (Auckland Council) for an internal garage conversion. We currently have an internal double garage with workshop. We would like to change part of this space to be habitable, with a bedroom and ensuite (shower, toilet, basin), (plus keep one of the existing garages if possible). The plumbing/electricity already runs to that side of the garage. We would consider converting the whole downstairs (to include a lounge area) if this is easier. The area is for my parents to stay so that everything is on one level (as the other part of our house as stairs).
