Urgent - Draughting Services required.
Job description
We are undertaking a residential development in Manurewa. It involves moving the existing house to the position as outlined in the attached scheme plan and constructing two new houses on the rear of the property. We have a building company confirmed. We need to undertake a staged consent for this project: - Stage 1 will be the changes to the existing house and relocation of the existing house to the proposed scheme position. Not including site works. - Stage 2 will be the two remaining houses and associated site works. This will be done by the building company. We require the following works to be undertaken to get things underway: 1. Produce existing house drawings in particular the foundation/bearer set out - your scope of work will be to the bearers. Building Company will design foundations which can be added to your drawings for the Stage 1 consent. 2. Change the existing house floor plan - relocate french doors / ranchslider? to align with new outlook spaces as per Scheme plan (attached). 3. Accurate dimensions of soffits and overhangs due to HTB proximity of final location. We have feasability reports - eg Geotech available. In the first instance, can you please let me know your availability to undertake this work? I need someone who can start work on this as soon as possible (once Lockdown allows) and provide a quote for the works. I cannot load the relevant PDF files - please email me and I can send these to you.
