Draughtsman/woman required to draw up plans for building consent application
Job description
Hi there, We are after a draughtsman/draughtswoman to draft up plans for the application of a building consent for a house reno. Ideally this person should be able to assist us with the submission of the building consent application to Auckland Council as well. The reno will include the following so the drafted plans will need to show details of: - Alteration to bathroom and laundry room layout, with an addition of an extra toilet/sanitary fixture. - Wet area shower (tiled shower). - Widening of a walk way between the lounge and dining (i.e. opening up the wall). - Altering the office/second lounge into another bedroom, including adding framings and door. - Enclosing a small porch to become part of an internal accessway. We'd like to gather the plans and documents for submission to council within the next 3 months (hopefully by July 2021). Have attached sketches of what we want to achieve. Thanks.
