Internal garage and laundry conversion

I have an single internal garage and laundry that I want to convert to a bedroom with ensuite and a laundry. The garage floor will need to be raised so the bedroom is at the same level as the rest of the house. the garage roller door will need to be replaced with either a ranch slider or a window. the house side of the garage is internal timber wall, the external walls are brick and there is a brick fire barrier wall on one side adjoining the next door neighbors. what i'm looking for is the drawings and plans required to submit and gain building consent from council.
