Transform one level 3 bed, 1 toilet, bath, shower brick and tile 1980s 100sqm home into 3 bed plus family room, master ensuite, open plan living. Building works ideally undertaken in early January. Council closed for three weeks over Christmas. Need plans and council application complete mid/late October Works to be done 1. Convert concrete floor garage into family room 2. Add additional ensuite into master bedroom via utilization of some of the garage space 3. Remove lounge wall backing onto hallway if not structural or replace with pillar and core supporting beam. 4. Move laundry out of garage and into hall cupboards
