Draw up structural plans for a Garden Office/Gym

Am looking at building a Garden Office/Gym. The structure would be detached from the house. Will be approx 6m x 3m rectangle structure. Concrete foundation/pad flooring, wooden wall structure with a lean to roof (shingles or tiles). Bi-fold doors in front, outside to be covered with wooden slats. Only electricity needed, no water or sewage required. Note: the rear fence is not actually on property line. Property line is around 3-4 m further back
