We are looking to get plans drawn up to open up the kitchen dining area and reconfigure the size and layout of the laundry and bathroom. Some of the things that we think will need to be done: - Remove a wall between the kitchen and dining room, we think this wall may need to be replaced with a beam, in ceiling if possible - Remove a wall between the dining room and lounge - Bring the back door out to the exterior wall and fill in the porch to allow extra space for the kitchen - Remove a wall between the toilet and bathroom - Replace a set of French doors with a larger set We have copies of the original plans, no other renovations have been done to the building since it was built.
