Drawings for addition of bathroom to basement rumpus room

I'm looking to add a small bathroom (toilet and shower) to our downstairs rumpus room so need the services of a draftsman who knows the current Manukau regulations for getting the relevant consents. It's not overly complex so should just require a site visit for measure up and then preparing all the drawings and product documentation needed for the consent.
