Need a Draughtsman who works closely with a builder. Need to finish project in 2 months rather than a prolonged project. . Extend house front and back, decking in front and car parks underneath. Back extension includes extending dining area and kitchen. Currently 3 bedroom, will need to convert 2 existing bedroom to master include wardrobe and ensuite and back extension to include 1 new bedroom. Total still 3 bedroom. Back garage is half done. Need to finish project as entertainment area/ guest accomodation. Decking at the back for entertaining.
