Urgently need an Architect can start job this week.

We are renovation company. The draft man have some family issues, he has completed most of the work, just need a review and submit to council. We have the dwg files. I want found someone reliable, fast thinking, no delays. You must have your own LBP and able to supply references with job you completed before. If you take our case, we want you start ASAP. We wouldn't mind pay 50% when council accepted your plan, and 50% when it approved. If you are happy with our term, please apply.
