Job description
I need to remove a load bearing wall between dining and kitchen. I require a licensed draftsperson with residential renovation experience who can provide a design to remove the wall, giving the required drawings for the council. I will then submit the design and drawings to the council for building consent.

Chang is a very knowledgeable Design Class2 LBP at a reasonable cost. He was very swift in completing the job. Sometimes it is hard to understand his verbal communication. If I have to seek design services in future I will not hesitate to take his services. I strongly recommend him.
