We are looking for architects and surveyors to help prepare the resource consent for a proposed 5 lot subdivision in Manurewa under the existing Manukau District Plan. There will be two new townhouses and one new single level house built. We have survey plans done previously from a couple of years ago We have a planner engaged already to do the combined land use and subdivision consent so the architect and surveyor would be needed to do the following tasks: *Take my rough markups and further refine the house placement on the site (this will be sent to our landscape architect) *Design the houses in a cost-effective and energy efficient manner to the level of detail required for a resource consent *CCTV of stormwater pipes later on *Infrastructure report to confirm stormwater capacity and other services *Any other tasks required to support the resource consent If you could send me examples of your previous work or a link to the portfolio section of your website it would be great, Thanks Jimmy

I gave Louie and Ryan a very challenging brief to develop townhouses on a narrow/forked L-shaped piece of land that was previously occupied by a single house and was very impressed by their work. They developed a modern design in tight timeframes that was able to comply with all height to boundary requirements and fitted in one more bedroom than our initial estimate. I can highly recommend Louie, Ryan, and the CCG team.
