Final Documentation Needed for Alterations

We have concept plans and are interested in contracting an architectural designer/draftsperson, who must also be a licensed building practitioner to draw up the final documentation for our extension. We will need working drawings and specifications and possibly help with the building consent. Wanting a quote on services and availably as we would like to start the process straight away if you are the successful applicant.
