Assist with site layout, advice, prepare amended site plan, get building permits/ layout compliance. Draw up and file a PS1 document. Building consent possibly not needed for a 14 sq mt shed. Basic job-install kitset shed/garage on concrete pad, cut-in level, small retaining wall, draw up and advise on driveway layout-branching, turning area. Cost can be estimated based on hours needed, rate. -extras on discussion, costs of submission. Funds are readily available.
