On our property, in addition to the main house, there is a one-bedroom/one bathroom bach. Our intention is to increase the size of this bach from approximately 34 square metres to 54 square metres, creating space for a kitchen and dining area. The bach would then be classified as a Minor Flat, allowable under Kapiti Coast District Council's regulations. We need to find someone to draw up the building plans for our resource consent application.
