House Extension & Renovation Design

Designs drawing up for a 3m x 8m extension to one side of the house. Creating en suite to one bedroom which involves internal wall modification. Removing 2 internal walls to enlarge Kitchen. Possible further internal wall realignment depending on price vs budget for the whole project. We know what we want we just need the drawings and advice on any structural issues so we can then obtain quotes for the physical works. I have basic designs drawn in Google Sketchup to show extent of work. We would like designs in the next 3-6 weeks or asap, I have contacted a few companies already but timescales were too long (8 weeks minimum to start any design work).
