sunroom - addition to existing corttage

I have initial drawings by an architect for a sunroom to be erected on the terrace in front of my house in Paekakariki , There is a proposed gabled roof, parallel to the existing gable, over the whole terrace, with half open ( no sides) and half over the sunroom. The floor wille pretty much flush with the surface of the concrete terrace there now. The sea-facing side is to have aluminium sliding windows, the existing french doors will be turned by approx a quarter to create the entrance ( one whole side, facing north), the north facing side will have external cladding same/as like as poissible to the existing cladding, with a medium sized window facing north, the floor surface will be "fake"laminated wood. There is an electrict line running from the front of the house across the lawn to the nearest power pole. I have aranged for that to be relocated underground. I hope to take a minimalist (ie least feasible expense!_) to this addition.It should be approx 10m2 -ish - hopefully complkiant woith KCDC requirements. The initial drawings are of course available. I am a tech duffer so will find a five year old to sned the drawings/photos asap. I am really hopeful of finding a draftsperson soon! I would then like to get maybe three quotes?
