Load-bearing wall removal -- drawings

I require an architect to provide drawings to accompany a Building Consent application to Kapiti Coast District Council, for the removal of a 2.7m load-bearing wall between my kitchen and lounge. A builder tells me that the supporting posts will be put inside the framing. The lintel will be below the ceiling. My brick unit is on a concrete pad.
