Two small buildings joined by covered deck

Simple small buildings drafting job for building consent application One 6m x 6m building with bathroom, kitchen and lounge and one 6m x 5m building to be joined by covered deck. We have to brief you, with floor plans and elevations, geo tech report, topigraphical survey, site plan from previous unused house design, draft waste water design, information on fireplace, bathroom tanking and insulation. The buildings will be powered by off-grid solar system, please note we are currently looking at options. We are looking for quick turn around, 30-40 days if feasible, before being submitted for building consent
