I would like to engage a party to draft, engineer and consent a boat shed at my bach on Wood Street in Mangawhai heads. The rough dimensions will be four meters wide by 10 meters long, and approximately 4 meters high. It will need a roller door to enable a boat around 3.5metres high to get in, and a single leaf side door for pedestrian access. It is proposed to have a flat roof or pitched with a truss system if you felt that was provided the required structural stability (without the need for the piles to be too deep). In terms of time frames, I am hoping this could be submitted in January or early February if possible.
