Garage addition + Living extension + internal layout adjustments

Council-ready plans drawn up for an attached 6x6m garage addition, 3x7m living extension, plus a few internal layout changes to accomodate the additions. This would include re-orienting the kitchen, changes to existing bathroom/laundry and creating a hallway from new garage into house. Laundry would be moved to a wall in new garage. Also, existing roof design has no eaves on north and south faces, which i'd like to change. I have a existing house plans, and a geotech report already, and the attached images appoximately show my intentions. Ideally, plans submitted to council by mid-end November with intention to begin build early 2022.
