Avro Road - draftsperson/architectural designer for plans and consents new build

I have a vacant section at 35 Avro Road, Blue Mountains, Upper Hutt. I've had it surveyed and want to progress the develop of a house plans for resource consent and building consent. The section is sloping and bush clad, and will require on site water collection, and wastewater disposal. In terms of the house plan, we've got some ideas - given the site constraints likely to be a <100m2 two storey house - thinking of a tree house type vibe. Example attached. In terms of timeframes, we're not in a rush to get building started, but definitely keen to make progress on the plans, and necessary consents asap.
