Hi I have Firewall, chimney and have 2 walls that separates kitchen from lounge One wall is Load Bearing wall, which needs to be replaced by Beams also 8-10 square meter of extension is needed to the front so need an architect who can help with drawings to go to council Can upload pics too if needed here thanks rakesh

Great Work, Genuine Cost. Sam just made it so simple and Straight forward. I had people come over and scare the shit out me for the work needing to be done. Sam made it so simple, very genuine price even did some last minute changes too. Pleased with Sam's work. I might add work done pics after removing the walls work done by builder.
