GIB design - help with BU calculation

I've sought a consent exemption for external wall insulation, though the council are more concerned with my wall linings than with the insulation. They've asked me to show that the new wall linings will provide more bracing than the old linings, and to provide the calculation to show that BU achieved > BU demand. I need an LBP designer to do this calculation for me.
