I have about 573 sqm (easement on about 60sqm) gentle sloping section at Upper Hutt which I am keen to build a 4 bedroom flat and a study on. The house will have a double garage and 2 bathrooms including a deck. I am on a lookout for an affordable house designer. I could pick from your standard design and your role is to adapt it to fit the section considering all the necessary council rules and existing section covenants.
