Laundry, decking and shed design, drawing

We have a villa that has previously been renovated (mid-2000s) and has insufficient storage and no proper laundry. The outdoor area is also all over the place, and so not that useable. There is an old deck, a new deck, a grassed bit, a tiled bit, a bit with stones etc. It's all a bit of a shambles. We'd like to remove the small tin shed a build a new, big shed. This will be on two boundaries so need fire walls and a resource consent. We want to do it thoroughly. It's effectively the garage for the property - for bikes and tools and camping gear etc. We'd like to join up the two decks and deck over the tiled area of the back yard, leaving the lawn. And we'd like some ideas/design assistance for the laundry space inside. Attached is existing plan. More plan info and aerial imagery is available on the Hutt City Council website.

Workmanship: "Poor quality work" isn't right. We didn't quite get what we wanted out of the exercise, but the work was to a professional standard.
