Drawings for additional WC

I need drawings to get council approval to add an additional toilet in my residential property. It will be a small room, with no external window so will require an extractor fan. It will also need a sliding door due to the opening being close to another door. The toilet will be located in the garage. The location is close to the waste pipe outside. Would like to get this done as soon as realistically possible.
