Design, and estimate the cost to build, a very small house for a section

Conduct a site inspection, and develop a plan and estimated cost to build a very small house (roughly 20 sqm) on the section. The house plan would need to include: - Bathroom (toilet, shower, vanity) - Kitchen sink - Stove and rangehood - In-built oven - Connection point for dishwasher - Connection point for washing machine - Watertank for run-off from roof - Power points for a fridge, desk, and treadmill - Connections to utilities (water, sewage, electricity) Note: This is for an empty section that I am considering buying; I am trying to work out how much it would cost to build there.
