Consent Drawings for Open Plan Rennovation

We are looking for quote for a draughtsperson to help us draw up the plans for our renovation (we have a clear idea of what we want) and facilitate Lower Hutt City council consent process. Our plans include removing internal walls to make our living space open plan, and remodeling the laundry- this involves consenting works of removing a load bearing wall, removing and relocating the fireplace and hot water cylinder. 2 Small 3m2 extensions and replacement of two windows with different dimensions to the existing, and adding 2 new sky lights. We have engaged mastercraft kitchens to redesign the kitchen, and are expecting designs end of Jan. The house was built by the previous owner in 1951, so the existing drawings are hand drawn. We’d like to kick off this work early Feb.
