Partial kitchen/lounge wall removal

Remove part of the wall between the kitchen and lounge to open up the area as much as possible under the current layout of the kitchen. The wall is load bearing and requires architectual work and building consent. I've had a prevoius attempt at this but due to changes, the consent lapsed and new drawings are required for the updated changes. The woodburner will be removed hence the changes needed. The space previously had a sliding door cavity approx 3m wide. I'd also like an idea of building costs to help inform the options available for the final look i.e. exposed beam vs door frame height framing. Many thanks.
