Window plans

We are recladding the top floor of our house. At the same time we are replacing a number of windows. We need plans showing one side of the bottom floor where the large window shown in the images that is to be replaced with a long (same length) short (a third of the height) window. The right hand bottom window is to be replaced by two tall narrow windows. May need a plan of the top as one window is to be filled in. Plans required for council consent. We have all the original plans and all the plans and documentation ever provided to council. Just need a draughtsman to provide suitable council suitable plans.
