I'm looking at moving a small 'granny flat' unit onto my property here in Amberley. I have a unit lined up waiting to go which includes supporting documentation. I'm looking for a draftsperson with experience in dealing with transportable homes to help with: 1) drawing up a site plan 2) building consent documentation to submit to the Hurunui council. 3) a bit of hand holding through the process.
